at Rotary Sadan. Arrival and Registration of Buses

06.30 A.M. Departure of Buses to Schools and Institutions
accompanied by Rotaractors and Interactors.
Breakfast to be served to Children in Buses.

08.30 A.M. Arrival of the Children at Nicco Park.
Welcome drink and distribution of gift hampers to
children.

09.30 A.M. Arrival of Chief Guest, Guest of Honour and other guests.
Welcome Address by President, Rtn. Dilip Kumar Sircar
Address by Chief Guest Shri Sabyasachi Chakravorty and
Guest of Honour, D.G Rtn Utpal Majumdar.
