PREVAILS OF AN EDITOR
Commenting on the regret we recently expressed that the Ponca City Club had also had to retrench by cutting down the issue of their bright periodical Rotary Bulletin to twice monthly, the Editor of that journal says: "We are indeed grateful that our efforts are sufficiently read as to have the change from weekly to fortnightly issue noticed. Candidly, and heartily we agree with "The Chaka" in that it is a difficult task to keep a local publication going from week to week and still keep it worth while. One of the greatest temptations in such a task is to gather together the subject matter which is most easily secured. We are not a newspaper and still we are supposed to keep the membership posted on club activities. If the members of a club would only volunteer information regarding club matters that come to their attention, what a grand and glorious feeling the editor would have."
