An ideal place for seminars, meetings, functions and festivals. It is a fully air-conditioned set up with seating capacity of 198. It is equipped with excellent sound and light system, a spacious stage with green-rooms and an adjacent room for refreshments.

SCHEDULE OF USAGE CONTRIBUTION

1. Monday to Friday (Excepting Holidays) for 3 Hr. 30 Mins.

(a) Dist. Rotary Clubs / Inner Wheel Clubs / Rotaract / Interact Clubs &
     Dist. Rotary Functions Rs. 3500/-
(b) Installations of Dist. Rotary Clubs Rs. 5000/-
(c) Corporate Houses Rs. 5000/-
(d) Others Rs.3500/-
(e) Caution Deposit Rs. 2000/-

2. Monday to Friday (Excepting Holidays) - 8 Hrs.

(a) For Dist. Rotary Clubs/ Inner Wheel Clubs/Rotaract/Interact Clubs &
     Dist. Rotary Functions Rs. 7000/-
(b) Corporate Houses Rs. 8000/-
(c) Others Rs.7000/-
(d) Caution Deposit Rs. 4000/-

3. For additional every 1/2 Hour or part thereof beyond 
    the allotted time if permitted
Rs. 500/-

4. 20% Surcharge will be levied on Saturday/Sunday/Holidays

5. Fees for TV / Video Recording
Rs. 300/-

6. Fees for Tape Recording Rs. 100/-

7. Fees for taking electrical connection for using own audio equipment 
    or musical instruments (each)
Rs. 125/-

8. Cordless Mike - per show Rs. 500/-

9. Limited Number of Tables/Chairs can be provided:
   
(a) Chair @ Rs. 2/- per Chair
    (b) Tables @ Rs. 10/-per Table

10. Infrastructure Facilities Rs. 500/-

11. Rehearsals (without audience) : Same as above

Refunds when cancellation in writing received during office hours
Before 8 weeks of the actual performance / programme 75% of the amount
Between 8 to 4 weeks of the actual performance / programme 50% of the amount
Between 4 weeks to 72 Hrs. of the actual performance/programme 25% of the amount.

Note: 5% Service Tax will be levied on all usage donations.

Other Areas

B. P. Poddar Foundation Room
An air-conditioned exhibition area which can also be used as meeting / conference room. With an area of 600 sq feet, it can accommodate 30 persons in conference style and 50 plus in auditorium style. Beautifully lit it is a pleasure to hold ceremonies and functions in this room.

Mody Foundation Room
An air-conditioned multipurpose room. It is for meetings, conferences and exhibitions. It has an area of 600 sq.ft. that seats 35 persons in conference style and 60 plus in auditorium style.

Joint Rooms
Both the above rooms can be joined together by moving a sliding partition. In this case it gives a larger area for holding functions / get-togethers etc.

SCHEDULE OF USAGE CONTRIBUTION

ROOMS -B. P. Poddar Foundation Room & Mody Foundation Room

1. Monday to Friday (Excepting Holidays)
    (a) Half Day - Rs. 1500/-
    (b) Full Day - Rs   2500/-

2. For additional hour or part thereof Rs. 300/-

3. Caution Money
   
(a) For 4 Hrs. Rs. 1000/-
    (b) For 8 Hrs. Rs. 1000/-

PAVED AREA
A red stone paved area with lush green surroundings under open sky and next to a water-body makes up a wonderful setting for evening get-togethers, parties and dinners. It was adequate area for preparing and serving food. A peaceful and idyllic setting for the evenings.

1. Full Day - 8 Hours Rs. 2000/-
2. Half Day - 4 Hours Rs. 1500/-
3. For Evening (after 6 pm) - for area lighting Rs. 250/-
4. Caution Money
    for 8 Hours Rs. 1000/-
    for 4 Hours Rs. 500/-

PRE - FUNCTION AREA

1. Lunch/Dinner Rs. 200/- per Hour
2. Caution Money : for 8 Hours Rs. 1000/- for 4 Hours Rs. 500/-
o Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays 20% Surcharge
o Fees for TV/Video recording Rs. 300/-
o Fees for own audio equipment or musical instrument Rs.125/-
o Limited Number of Tables & Chairs can be provided 
    @ Rs. 2/- per Chair & Rs. 10/- per Table

INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES

(a) For One Room Rs. 150/-
(b) For Two Rooms Rs. 250/-
(c) For Paved Area Rs. 150/-
(d) Paved Area & One Room Rs. 250/-

Refunds when cancellation in writing received during office hours

Before 8 weeks of the actual date of event 50% of the usage refunded
Between 8 to 4 weeks of the date of the event 25% of the amount
Less than 4 weeks of the date of event NIL

Note : 5% Service Tax will be levied on all usage donation.
